You may return or exchange your purchases for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipted delivery. It is very important to us that you are a happy customer and that your shopping experience has been an enjoyable one.

We want you to be completely satisfied with items you receive from us and love your new jewellery. Even though we believe that our merchandise is of the highest quality available as we stock only high quality 925 sterling silver and use only the finest A+ Grade Cubic Zirconia’s.

If you require an exchange you will be responsible for all extra shipping costs incurred.  Alternatively if you make another order within the system we can ship with this instead free of charge.

Please note that we will only accept returns on items that are in their original packaging and have not been worn unless deemed faulty.
